These days the Patreon CSP 0.1.75 pr1 has most of the options hidden in CM so editing of the file "C:\Users\*****\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension ew_behaviour.ini
The main models are converted from the game Assetto Corsa. The mountains and island where Monaco GP is located in GTA 5, are created by me. Textures from Assetto Corsa, the internet and me. Location of the map is south west from Los Santos, south of the LSI airport. You will see the island is very large, with some mountains.

If you yourself want to implement the mod referred to as "Assetto Corsa GTA V" in your copy of the game you should watch the developer's tutorial, which is available here. Let's note that Assetto Corsa used in the video in question is already quite a "vintage" production - the game from Kunos Simulazioni was released in 2014.
This track originally made by Nui for rFactor. It later been converted to Assetto Corsa by thestrobe8. This is my most play track since rFactor days. Decided to do a quick make over on it. What I did: Changed road & terrain textures. Changed the trees. Added road noise (bumpy mesh). Recreated the replay camera.
Download using the link provided at the top of the page, Drag and Drop the KC_BackwoodsFreeroam.7Z into Content Manager. Content Manager will extract the map into your Assetto Corsa /Content/Tracks Folder. Click The 3 Green Lines at the top of content Manager then click Install.
